Arrival Information

Krvavec ski area is located 20 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown Ljubljana. The access to the ski area and the hotel Krvavec is via a cable car. The operation of the cable car depends on snow conditions that are rather unpredictable around the time of the conference. We thus suggest all participants to arrive to Ljubljana or directly to Krvavec ski area either on Sunday 14th before 2 PM or on Saturday, 13th of December, and stay over night in the hotel in Ljubljana. The official conference program will start on Sunday afternoon.

We can help you with the booking. We will then organize transport from Ljubljana to Krvavec early Sunday morning.
